I went to the dealership after I found a good deal on the internet, called them to verify they had the vehicle and the price was correct - went to the dealership.....and it was all true ! Clennon and Francis were really great ..... honest, kind, delivered everything they said they would ..... the F&I guy, Ed was also great..... cancelled my warranty the next day and he was smiling while he got me a great APR & low payments as well as no payments until April..... all 3 were very impressive and I am not easily impressed! I have looked at reviews for the Humble Randall Reed and they are not in the same class as the Spring store...... love my 2012 Ford but it is my FIRST Ford....I usually get Mazda, Toyota, Hyundai anything but Fords.... I love it and I hope it turns out to be a great purchase! And truly was so surprised at the integrity of my sales people !!! That's difficult to find in this day and time.
