Ethnic food invariably invites the question, ""Is it authentic?"" I frankly don't care if any ethnic food is 'authentic,' and from a country as large as India, there are bound to be many types of 'authentic' cuisine. What I care about is the quality of service, the flavor of the food, value for price, whether or not I can get decent adult beverage, and can I hear myself think over the music. Indish gives me everything that is important! The waitstaff is friendly and efficient; the menu is vegan-friendly and varied, so I can get a nutritious meal and so can my non-vegan friends; the chef is talented, so everything I order tastes delicious; the prices are reasonable for the portions delivered; the music is exceptional and the bar is beautiful! Raj is always experimenting with new cocktail recipes and he keeps a supply of beer on hand that is splendid indeed! Check it out; it's a terrific place and they have a really good happy hour.
