Wow, order TV on 2/27/2011, was told it would be shipped and delivered by March 3rd, 2011. For 3 days order sat in a pending state, for 3 days I could not get Pauls TTV to respond to my questions about delivery. When I did get them on the phone, they claim the order was lost in the computer system. They then told me they would expedite the order and have it shipped 2 day express. When order was finaly released I was told delivery would not be until March 9th. When I questioned why they did not ship 2 day, I was told they dont do that. Even when I had emails from them claiming 2 day delivery. Fast forward to today the 9th, was called by shipping company, the TV has been sitting at the location for 2 days and they tell me they can not deliver until the weekend or next week. Bottom line, Amazon stinks, and Pauls TV stinks. I would advise to keep away from them. I ended up refusing shipment and reporting it to my Credit card and the BBB. Simple fact is they are fast to take your money (My cash was taken same day as order.) and will be very slow in getting product to you.
