These days integrity is rare comdity. Recently, I had a warranty issuse with a pair of work boots. It was a minor defect, but well within the terms of the warranty. Stewart Simpson delt with the issue personally, and professionally. When it was all said and done Steart has earned my respect, admiration and has a customer for life.
If your in the Jacksonville, NC area Simpson's Brothers is a great Hardware Store with old fashion values.
