Review content:
We have been going to Ballinger Clinic (formerly Aurora Village Clinic-years ago) since the beginning. I have been thru a number of the Drs. in the clinic because they seem to change so often. I am with Jean Reid and truly like her no-nonsense attitude. We seem to have the same personality and get along great. She has always been ""right on"" with my diagnosis and treatments.
At times over the years I have had problems with the reception staff and with the billing department, but those two areas seem to have been ""cleaned up"".
My biggest problem with Ballinger Clinic is their appointments. I have NEVER gone in for an appointment and been seen on or even close to my appointment time. I think when you have a 2:30 appointment, it is very unreasonable to have to wait in an exam room until 3:30 as happened to me today. This is very common with the clinic. I think they take too many walk-ins and don't treat their patients, who have set appointments. fairly. It certainly has made me think about changing clinics even tho I have faith in their professional abilities.
Pros: Good professional advise
Cons: Never on time with appointments
