My husband and I were very impressed with the service provided by Discount Carpet Cleaning and, more specifically, with their technician. He was prompt, friendly and courteous. When he cleaned the carpet, he was not only thorough and careful, but went beyond what we expected. I felt as if his primary goal was to truly produce a good result and not simply hurry so he could get to the next job. The result on our 15 year old carpet was quite remarkable. We will most certainly use them again.
