I can't explain how comfortable Mike and Erin made me feel as soon as I walked in the door. I love supporting local, family owned businesses and this business is a testament to a hard working, intelligent and passionate team doing what they love every day. I had also visited Diamonds Direct, but working in sales I really felt that they were taking the used car salesmen approach. It is very much a turn and burn atmosphere there, which is fine if that is what you are looking for. Mike @ Skatell's did a fantastic job of actually sitting me down and educating me about EVERYTHING diamond related...not just the visual details of the stone but also the business behind it, mount building, etc. He even let me behind the scenes to see how they do what they do. The pricing was extremely fair and they went above and beyond to answer my questions. Definitely check this place out if you want to feel like a valued client, not just a number!
