Review content:
I had visited the Aloma Clinic for quite a while about a year ago, and feel guilty only that it took me this long to write a review. I came in within a searing muscular pain in my upper right shoulder, which Doctor Lee confidently diagnosed as severe muscular tension, and treated immediately. After the first treatment, the pain almost completely went away. After about three more weeks of treatment, and following the stretching exercises Doctor Lee gave me, it did go away completely. I continued going for several more months, in hopes of treating some other muscular problems I had developed while playing guitar through college. Previously I had been diagnosed with Carpal Tunnel Syndrome by an Orthopedic doctor (whose name I won't mention here, but I am no longer very happy with), but Doctor Lee dismissed this with a few simple medical tests. I later looked these tests up and found they were the same tests Orthopedics are supposed to use when they suspect Carpal Tunnel. Why my acupuncturist, rather than my ""real"" doctor performed these tests, I do not know (but I will say that my ""real"" doctor seemed very pushy when it came to the surgery option). Anyway, Doctor Lee had a few theories as to what could be causing this, and we made some real headway. While I won't say that I am cured of this problem, I am certainly it significantly less pain and getting better every day using Doctor Lee's recommended stretching routines. Overall, my experience with the Aloma Clinic was nothing but positive and the only reason I stopped going is that I can't afford to continue treatment. However, nothing else would prevent from going, and I constantly recommend the Aloma Clinic to my friends and family. Pros: knowledgeable doctor, clean, friendly enviroment
