Marc was such a great sales guy I can't believe the owners are such cranks. He sold me on a few things which I learned were way overpriced and one could actually damage my phone. When I went for a return the next day they said No Refunds and made me file a complaint with management. They then turned me down and only offered an exchange on the damaging item.
Pros: Nice sales staff
Cons: Poor customer support, premium prices, no refunds
