I have used this company a couple times and finally decided enough was enough and stopped using them. First, I hired them for a simple leak in the pipe leading to my washing machine. It took the guy almost a whole day of work, billing hourly, and then he still wasn't sure what the issue was. Although he wasn't sure what the issue was he replaced a whole section of pipe without consulting me and billed me for it. Then the washer still leaked. Turns out it was a simple clog and the pipe just needed to be cleaned out. But I was left paying hundreds of dollars. Months later, I called them to make an appointment for a septic pumpout. After asking me my name and address, they requested my credit card number. I said why do you need this? I am just trying to make an appointment? Apparently it is their ""policy"" to get your credit card number, and test it, before they will even make an appointment with you! While my credit card works fine, I am not cool with the ""Show me the money before I even will talk to you"" attitude. So, I do NOT RECOMMEND this company. They are all about the money. Not much into actually helping or caring about their customers. Unfortunate, because I like to support local business. :(
