I recently had the pleasure of meeting with Rudy to go over my healthcare needs. Having to deal with health care has always caused a great deal of anxiety in me. After a few easy email exchanges I met face to face with Rudy who had indeed already done his research and was prepared to offer me several options based on my needs. He explained his process, listed the top three recommendations and then went over the pros and cons of each option including calculating the annual cost in both premium and out of pocket expenses so that I had a true picture of what each would cost so that I could make the decision that was best for me. All said and done, Rudy brought my anxiety level down from nose bleed level to playing field level. He even demonstrated his Barista skills by making me a great cup of Chai tea latte, (my favorite). I would rate Rudy as A-1, (Super).
