My husband works insane hours which left 'the move' in my hands. I had a great experience with Acclaimed Movers. Mine was a manual move only (moving units in the same building so no van required) but I have some large furniture pieces that require extra maneuvering and skill (and maybe some creativity). I came across Acclaimed Movers through citysearch reviews. Their office team was extremely prompt with getting back to me (a pleasant surprise as another company did not respond to an email and follow-up voice message). Jake & Cezar were punctual, efficient and friendly. All of my furniture was moved in one piece and they took extra care to tend to more valuable items, and to make sure not to scratch the apartment floors and walls. I was very appreciative of their patience and relaxed attitude when we encountered an unexpected elevator mix-up with other tenants (this helped calm my stress). I recommend their services (and that prospective customers offer their movers a beverage-these guys work up a sweat!). A seamless experience overall. I wish unpacking was this easy.
