I spent almost a month reading reviews and calling or e-mailing moving companies, and the process was so hard I put my info a web site and got bombarded. We were emotional about the move, since we were moving our daughter across the country, from California to Connecticut where she is moving to attend graduate school. I had many questions and specific concerns, the primary one begin delivery time, as we were flying to with our daughter to get her all moved in and set up in her new place. However, the delivery window with all of the movers was VERY wide, and it put us in a panic. Everyone was extremely helpful and understanding of our concerns. We were hoping for a delivery no later than August 26th, and imagine our pleasure when we received the call that delivery would be on the 24th! NOTHING was missing from the load, and we have unpacked now, and NOTHING is broken. I would HIGHLY recommend Acclaimed to anyone who needs support and a smooth move! AAA customers service is very true with this company.
