I was so excited about this visit this was for removing my eyebrows permanent make up , they asked me to shave my eyebrows which I did I asked several time if this will remove my eyebrows hair as well, they said no, I found this place on one of the cupon books, I had consultation with their head nurse in foot hill ranch center, I asked her do I have to pay$$$$$(coded on the book) every time I come here? or this is for the entire treatment the answer was no dear you don't pay every time, only once, on my appointment day(a week later), I asked again same questions: will my eyebrows grow again and do I have to pay every time, answers were the same.(the area to be removed is less than half an inch) I called them 4-5 times for help, every time, they promised someone will return my call ASAP, never did, it seems that nobody cares there after you pay. Here is my problem: my eyebrows hair is not growing back again,and my permanent make up even got darker, and when making my next appt after the first visit I have been told, you have to pay again. I asked if I can talk to the person helped me the first day, she said not available, she will call you , up until now no body ever called me.
