for our bethlehem wedding, my wife (fiance at the time) went to the city's best chinese restaurants. we ordered the same 3 dishes at each restaurant, and the winner was hands-down Hunan Springs! they have great cantonese style chow mein (chrispy pan fried noodles w/ sauce), sesame chicken, and their salt and pepper shrimp! (we ordered walnut shrimp at the others) their s&p shrimp really IS that good!
they gave us a great deal and a great room for the rehearsal dinner!
for authentic great tastin' chinese food, get away for those take-out places and DEFINITELY try these guys out! you WON'T regret it!
