Hunan Springs is by far the best Chinese in the area. The takeout service is weak, though -- if you call in an order for pickup, make sure to check your order a dozen times both on the phone and when you go pick it up -- there is always a mistake.
Pros: Food, staff
Cons: Takeout service -- when they take orders over the phone, they ALWAYS make a mistake with your order.
