Review content:
Took a family member here yesterday, she was complaining of chest pains and dizzyness, nausea. I figured it would be quicker han the hopital ER. Boy was I wrong! First of all, they never even asked why we were there. Don't you think if you choose the name ""EMERGICENTER"" that would lead people to think it was for emergency care? first thing they did was make us fill out 3 sheets of papers, then to wait. ""You're next"" was told to us about 4 times over the next 45 mins. THEY NEVER ASKED US WHY WE WERE THERE!!! Finally I got fed up and went across the street to Lehigh Valley Hospital ER. What a difference! We got an EKG wihin 5 mins, and in an ER bed within 10 mins. The staff was professional, freindly, genuine. They cared. The symptoms turned out to be indigestion, but you never know. Pros: Couldn't find any. Cons: What exactly does ""Emergi-Center"" mean?
