Review content:
I'd like to start things off by commending the nursing and clerical staff: they were warm, accommodating, and incredibly personable. It's an absolute shame that they have to work in such a horrible environment: I spent upwards of four hours in the emergicenter only to be met by a doctor who answered my questions and concerns with gruff, monosyllabic grunts. Dr. Shingles never so much as said hello (at one point he actually left the room while I was speaking to him), nor did he offer any advice for speeding my recovery. Fortunately, the nurses were more than accommodating in this capacity. While the majority of the staff is kind and caring, the doctors leave much to be desired, particularly Dr. Shingles, whom I can only describe as awe-inspiring in his lack of professionalism. Stay far, far away.
