Well when it comes to steak I don't think you could get much better... As for service, you would have better luck with Mcdonalds... I am a single parent with three kids... I took my disabled mother and two of my kids to the roadhouse for lunch (you know where you throw peanuts on the floor)... Well my 2yr old was being a little fussy and I had the waitress get her some applesauce to calm her... By the time the waitress came back a different waitress had come and told us we had to move to another section due to my child fussing a little... She was not screaming eigther just a little winey... Well they moved me and my children and my disabled mother to the BAR where there was active smoking going on... and they forgot to bring our food... at that point we left NEVER to return.... I would not recomend it.... NOT a good experiance....
Pros: Good food-usually
Cons: POOOOOORRRRR service, lack of tact.... no maners or concern for peoples health...
