I used to frequent this restaurant. Over the last couple years the quality of food and service has diminished. My final visit was more than a week ago. We were seated after waiting 15 minutes in a dining room which was less than half full. We then waited another 10 minutes to receive water. The ""famous"" rolls came as thick as pancakes. The ""Bourbon Wings"" had half the sauce they normally receive and were not hot. During the late 90?s and early 00?s you could not walk into Roadhouse without being greeted by the management team and smiles. I haven?t seen a manager at this location in a long time. I haven't received good service or food in several visits. I cannot return. What happened?
