Doesn't deserve 4 stars, but is better than average. Very expensive - $32 for lunch entre and dessert WITHOUT a drink per person! Decor is fabulous art-deco, food better than average, quality of service is very good/excellent, but way too slow. Two hours plus for lunchtime. I just can't say it is a good value. What really blew it for me - I ordered a $7.50 dessert, wanted only a few bites and take the rest home. Well they chopped off more than half of it so they could smash it into a small hamburger foam box. That is just wrong IMHO.
Pros: Brilliant decor, interesting better than average food, good quality of service when you got any
Cons: Overpriced, very slow service
