I had the pleasure of dealing with Hepatica for the first time yesterday. After calling my regular florist, who may now be my former florist I called another local florist who was not able to help with a rush delivery but was kind enough to refer me to HEPATICA. I am always leary of picking a rabbit out of a hat so this referral was greatly appreciated. Upon calling Hepatica I was so relieved. Dealing with Mary was a pleasure, she understood my situation and was very professional and compassionate. The I received wonderful service and the arrangement I requested was amazing. Considering I was a first time customer and called at the eleventh hour, Hepatica far surpassed my expectations. Thank you Hepatica for the exceptional service and gorgeous arrangement.
