Review content:
Worst customer service experience I've ever had, anywhere (and I'm pretty easy to please). They've overcharged me or given me the wrong materials multiple times, but the final straw was when their mistake took 2 return visits (one by my employee, one by me) to reach even a compromise resolution, they refused to take responsibility for their employee pulling the wrong stock despite having placed the order in writing, the manager was rude and personally insulting when I went in person after they flat-out refused to accept the return from my employee. Amazing and absolutely inexcusable. I will go to any welding supply other than this one... I've never had a bad experience anywhere else, let alone one as flagrantly unprofessional.
Pros: Only welding supply in inner NE Portland
Cons: You have to doublecheck your receipt and order before you leave, and be prepared to have them deny any mistakes.
