Review content:
My roadside service called these guys to tow my car, and they said I would have to pay $7 a mile over what my insurance paid (5 miles). The guy said I would need to authorize up to $70, but would only be charged for the actual miles. Well, they billed me the entire amount with no refund. Then, I had to call 5 times before I could talk to someone (they never returned my call), and claimed the route was 12 miles (gee, mapquest says 7 - did the driver stop at his girlfriends or something on the way?), and charged me for 7 miles over, without explaining the route dispite my requesting it, and the guy's only comment was ""well you authorized up to $70, you should have gone with him"".
