Review content:
We were happy with our driveway at first, however, less than a year later (while still under warranty) the driveway showed huge ruts which later evolved into a crater the size of a small car. Our phone calls and requests to come see the driveway were ignored for months before someone finally came and told us they would not take responsibility since it was most likely our fault, even though we followed their instructions to the letter. Instead of offering to rectify the situation we were given an estimate to redo the work without so much as a discount! It turns out the base of rock and gravel which they approved before beginning work is insufficient to support the asphalt and still they will not take responsibility. The cost to redo the driveway will be more than the initial install since the faulty driveway needs to be demolished. I would strongly recommend using another asphalt company, preferably one that stands behind their work, or better yet, gets it right the first time.
Cons: Poor quality, poor service, poor customer relations
