I have been going to this practice for more than a year and I couldn't be more pleased. The staff is very patient and friendly with my dog despite the fact that he howls, cries and wiggles as soon as we get to the lobby. Dr. Reidelbach is very thorough and always makes sure to explain everything and that you leave with no questions. Everytime I call, they ask how he's doing which I always appreciate. My dog has a chronic condition and they keep his meds in stock which is fabulous and a big change from the last vet I went to who required me to call up to 2 weeks in advance every time I needed a refill. I get his food and flea/heartworm meds there as well and everything is always in stock. I can't recommend this clinic enough. They give great, caring, individual attention.
