My husband and I rented a 2bed/1 bath when we were first married. the sea bluffs apartments are a perfect place for newleyweds. the grounds are kept up and maintened well. they have a fitness center and 2 pools. The apartments are also kept up fairly nice, not anything great but we had new carpet and when/if things were broken a maintence worker was there to fix it in a reasonable time frame.
We rented for almost 2 years before moving to a bigger home. the location is Oceanside was one of the nicer and safer areas of oceanside. they were also close to lots of amenities which is also a plus.
