Express Finance repossessed my vehicle on 7-21-2011 due to nonpayment in December 2009 and may 2011, I have all bank receipts showing car notes were paid. They claimed they car was uninsured and added insurance and additional fees, my car has been insured since I got the car. Maria Cruz who works in the office hung up the phone several times in my face, they will not give me accurate information regarding my account. Found the company to be discriminatory, deceitful, duplicitous, and dishonest. I am in process of retaining a lawyer, if there is a class action lawsuit please let me know as this company needs to be shut down before they get another victim.
