I purchased a Sauder headboard and some other bedroom furniture items from Amazon and other retailers. I contacted Robert's Assembly & Installation for services. The office manager-Evelyn, was friendly, very efficient, and scheduled me right away. When the installer arrived he was courteous and professional. What I liked most is that he was very attentive to details and after building the furniture, he cleaned everything beautifully. This is what I call exceptional white glove service, with a smile!
Pros: They are the BEST!!
Cons: NONE whatsoever-very pleased with them
