Review content:
My wife and I went with a cousin and his spouse to enjoy our Valentines dinner together. You must understand this about me, I rarely have anything to complain about but this was an exception. We had been to spaghetti mama's before and knew it to be great. After ordering our food we had to wait an additional 45 minutes (not exxagerated) before it came. When it came it was, believe it or not, cold. The pasta clearly sat under a warmer for quite some time and was as dry as ever. The pizza had been burnt and somebody tried to cover it up by chipping the burnt edges off. For the first time ever we complained to the manager. Upon telling her of the problem her response was, ""What do you want me to do about it?"" I am not in the restaurant business but this much I do know, never give a customer an attitude. She was kind enough to give us one dish and the pizza complimentary, which I do appreciate. But I still paid $32 for two dishes that taco bell could have served better. So much for a Valentines dinner. I understand that mistakes happen and nothing goes right every time but when a manager shows she doesn't care there is no excuse. In one word, Dissapointment.
Pros: Great atmosphere
Cons: Extremely slow, cold food, and uncaring manager
