After careful review, we may remove content or replace a content warning page before viewing content deemed offensive, harmful, or dangerous.

We allow our users express their opinions, but we don't make any claims about the content of these pages. We strongly believe in freedom of expression, even if a review contains unappealing or distasteful content or present negative viewpoints. We realize that this may be frustrating, and we regret any inconvenience this may cause you. I ordered flowers for my girlfriend on Valentine's Day (Feb. 14). They did not get delivered. The owner e-mailed me that evening and apologized and said he would upgrade my order and deliver it the next day. I told him to do it. It didn't happen. At this point (Feb. 16), I see a charge appear on my credit card though no service has been rendered. I call and e-mail the establishment numerous times. My e-mails are not returned. My calls are directed to a call center in Arkansas that has no idea about the order or how to reach Julian's. After being jerked around like this I just want to cancel the order but have no way to do so because I can't even reach the place. Finally, I go to my bank to issue a stop payment through Visa. The next day (Feb 22) I finally receive an e-mail saying my account will be credited. This is the WORST experience I have ever had with a business of any kind. Do NOT use this Florist!
