Businiess name:  Julians Florist

Review content:
I ordered flower's for my mother's birthday, calling one day before her birthday, with a request for them to be delivered the next day. I was told by the person I spoke to onsite at Julians, who was quite good and helpful, that this would be no problem. However, the flowers were not delivered to my mother on her birthday. What is more outrageous, however, is that the delivery person had the audacity to lie to my mother and tell her that the flowers had been ordered late and that it was my fault! It got worse from there. My credit card was then charged twice by Julian's, once for the amount we agreed upon and once for a totally random amount. I began calling the store the day of my mother's birthday, when it became obvious the flowers weren't going to show up, to discuss the late delivery. 12 days later, I am still calling the store. They do not answer the phone, but rather it is routed to a call center that has no authority to contact Julians. I have disputed the charges with my credit card company and refuse to pay either. I actually question whether there really is a Julians Florist. I live out of town and went by these reviews to select a nice gift for my mom - I guess I should have weighed the negative ones more heavily. I would strongly discourage anyone from buying from this merchant, especially if you'll be communicating by phone.
