I chose to visit Poshe salon because of the overwhelmingly positive reviews. My experience was the opposite. The negative experience started out with the teenage receptionist calling me ""hun"". When I showed up for my appointment, I was told that the stylist was running behind and it would be a 30-minute wait. I was given no apology or explanation; or any accomodation for the inconvenience. When I did meet with the stylist Rachel, I found she was friendly enough and seemed to be experienced, but I felt like she was dictating what style to give me and not really listening to what I was requesting, even though I was very clear and brought pictures. I felt very rushed and she pulled the cape off without asking if I liked what she had done or was satisfied. When I went to the counter to pay, I was ignored for 2-3 minutes as I stood right at the desk, right in front of the girls. Rachel was courteous enough to come over and take my payment, or God knows how long I would have been standing there...very unprofessional; I will not return.
