UPDATE: after posting my complaint, the salon sent me a gift certificate for another haircut with one of their more experienced stylists (Tony, Sheril, Lily)... i am going to wait until my hair grows out a bit before using this, but I really appreciate the salon's willingness to repair their relationship with me. My advice to people reading reviews is to make sure to go to one of their experienced people (if this is your first time) so you will have a good experience.
Pros: Lots of services offered in one place...
Cons: Too many problems with ""miscommunication"" (as Poshe puts it)
