I have been a very loyal client to this salon and the owner, Pat for years. I hate to see such a disturbing and false review about my favorite place to relax! Pat is an extremely sweet person and the best hairdresser I've had EVER. Colleen has been with her for a very long time and does an incredible job waxing, I would never go anywhere else. The entire staff at the moment is very friendly and I have never heard them be rude to even the most picky customers. It's too bad that someone wrote a review that is untrue and highly negative. Salons always have a turn around with employees and its unfair to hear one person's disgruntled complaint. Maybe the hairdresser mentioned didn't work out and it has nothing to do with the business owner, Pat's responsible for keeping HER clients HAPPY, which we are. Go to Bellagio and see for yourself!!! These women all know their stuff when it comes to running a salon.
