Shameer Kumar was the worst , he came to my house to fix my heater he was outside looking at my water heater i had to go out and tell him that wasnt my heater its inside , he brought not equipment with him i had to barrow a ladder from my mom for him to get on roof he come in a green mersades benz , he tore my heater appart disconnected all the wires and replace inducer fan ???wasnt the problem after all of that he pulled tap off the air duct sytem and never replaced it . he burnt out my board , charged me 200.00 for NOT fixing my heater . now im taking leagle action to get my money back the the money to replace the board he burnt out crossing wires . verry disapointed
