Review content:
The customer that posted what terrible service they received and attributed it to having a small place should have served as a warning! I have a small place too, but I decided to call anyway, and it is still two hours work for two people as I am a clean freak... The person on the phone was nice and assured me that someone would arrive at my home between 8 and 9:30. I specifically addressed the issue of how timing was important and that's why I chose this window as opposed to a later one. No one showed up and no one called. I called at 9:45 and 10:00 as still no word. No one answered the phone. At 10:30 still no one called back or answered. I left two messages. I don't know what part of this constitutes service, but it is the worst! On top of that, now I'm in a bind for getting the house cleaned before my guest arrives. I cannot in good conscience recommend this experience to anyone, particularly beware if they have a 'small' place!
