Review content:
I have used Mission Maids for 7 years. Recently, they have missed the time window 7 times for my small 700 square foot apartment. They do not contact you when late, nor are they very interested in maintaining small jobs. I have become very jaded, as they seem to expect you to work around their schedule, rather than around yours. I suggest caution and avoid them for anything less than big dollar jobs.
Recently (5/11) they have become impossible. The cleaning crews are great that I have had. The administration needs to be fired and overhauled. I was told today that they would be here at 3...I called six times and they assured me of this. I had to leave, but my voicemail suggests they arrive at 4:30.
The company is crap.
Pros: They do a great job if you can get them.
Cons: They ignore or deflect smaller jobs to the needs of big costly jobs.
