Review content:
This experience was bad on many levels. I spoke to them on the phone and they suggested that I only needed two maids for the size of my place and I agreed. They gave me an estimate of the cost, which was expensive, but I thought I would give it a shot. Well, three maids show up, which surprised me, but I hoped they might just get the job done faster so the cost would stay the same. Somehow the three people who showed up took longer than a two person team from a different company took weeks earlier and that two person team did a better job. One maid was on her phone much of the time, while another just seemed to supervise, while the third actually seemed to be very dilligent. In the end, the job cost more than $200, which was well above the $147 estimate. The team they sent did a very average job cleaning, scratched my hardwood floors by dragging my couch for no apparent reason, and took forever to do this average job. I would avoid Mission Maids.
Pros: Showed up on time
Cons: Everything from that point on.
