Review content:
In response to Mission Maids response to my earlier review, first of all, my apartment DID not require ""alot of work"" as they say, but that is beside the issue. Secondly, I was never notified by phone of their cancellation policy fee. For a business to charge someone's credit card without even notifying that person of the charge is bad business in my opinion. All I want is my $75 refunded to me. When I notified Mission Maids that I was submitting a complaint to the government agency that defends consumers, I received no response from the manager.
