We started our plumbing problems with a flood in the bathroom. Tracked it back to our 40 yr. old toilet. our daughter went online to Home Connection who contacted several plumbers in our area. Within 20 minutes Jerry from Sarkinen Plumbing contacted us. He was very patient with me as I tried to explain our problem. He suggested we contact One 800 Water Restoration to dry out our floor. While our floor was being dried out Ron from Sarkinen came out and replaced my toilet with a new one. He gave me the name of a company to order my new flooring and molding. The flooring was not in stock so had to be ordered. It would take a week to come from the manufacture. The date for delivery happened on a friday holiday. It was promised for that following Monday. No delivery. Try for Tuesday - no delivery. Sarkinen then contacted the company and ruffled some feathers. My flooring was going to be shipped over night from Georgia. I got the call from Jeff stating he was on his way to pick up the flooring and would call me when he was enroute to my house. Once Jeff got to the house he was a workaholic. He measured and laid my flooring out in no time. My husband was most impressed with the fact he took his hands and smoothed the flooring in place. The next day Jeff and Jerry came back to to paint and put my sink cabinet in place. I now have a bathroom that I would be proud to show anyone. We thank Sarkinen and all of their employees for a remarkable job. I will recommend them to anyone needing a plumber.
