Review content:
Petsi's is great little coffeeshop. It has a terrific neighborhood feel, good background music playing most of the time, and delicious muffins and sandwiches. (I actually haven't tried the pies.) What I really like is the customer service. Some of the people in the coffeeshops in Cambridge can be slightly rude or just not good at customer service. Everyone who works at Petsi's seems nice and welcoming that you are there. The only negative thing is the hours -- I like going to coffeeshops at night, and they close by 6pm.
Pros: Great neighborhood feel, customer service, good food & coffee
Cons: The hours - they close early and don't seem to be open on Sundays
