I have tried Peter's sushi a couple of times and thought it was alright and pretty good for Nashville's standard. But the other day when I was there I recognized a sushi chef from when I was in Knoxville. What a shock! He made the best sushi and was very very creative!! I wanted to ask him to make me something from his old menu, but they were super busy as usual and thought not to bother. He always made things I have never seen and not the ordinary california or crunchy shrimp everyone sushi bar has. Who knows maybe they have something in the works....I hope so cuz I miss my Tomo's!!! Yum!
