THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE..IF I WAS ABLE TO NOT GIVE A STAR IT WOULD HAVE BEEN CLEAR! WE WALK IN AND NO ONE SEEMS TO EVEN NOTICE WE ARE THERE.. I ACTUALLY HAVE TO INTERRUPT 3 SALES REPS HAVING A PERSONAL CONVERSATION FOR SOMEONE TO HELP US.. THE GUY WHO CAME TO HELP US HAMMAD MANZOOR WAS HORRIBLE!!! WE TELL HIM WE ARE INTERESTED IN A CERTAIN CAR BUT INSIST ON SHOWING US ANOTHER. HE THEN SEEMS TO BE FRUSTRATED AND SHOWS US A DISGUSTING MAXIMA THAT WAS DESTROYED INSIDE AND OUT! AFTER WALKING AROUND AIMLESSLY HE SHOWS US SOME CARS ONLINE, WE FIND A GREAT ACURA TL AND WANT TO SEE IT BUT ITS IN A LOCKED WAREHOUSE WHO NO ONE HAS ACCESS TO (MIND YOU ITS LABOR DAY WEEKEND A BUSY CAR BUYING WEEKEND) STATED ITS TOO FAR FOR HIM TO GO GET IT HIMSELF AND I WILL HAVE TO WAIT TILL TUESDAY. (DONT YOU WORK OFF COMMISSION?) WE THEN PRESSURE HIM TO ASK HIS MANAGER TO SPEED THE DELIVERY AND HESITANTLY HE DOES. AFTER LEARNING THEY ARE ABLE TO DELIVER THE CAR THE NEXT DAY WE TURN TO SAY BYE, HE PROCEEDS TO SNEEZE INTO BOTH HANDS, THEN EXTENDS FOR A HANDSHAKE (REALLY?, DO YOU REALLY THINK I WAS GOING TO SHAKE YOUR INFESTED HANDS?)... THANKS TO THIS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I ENDED UP GOING STRAIGHT TO CARMAX AND PURCHASED MY DREAM CAR.... MAROONE HONDA OF MIAMI YOU LOST A CUSTOMER AND A SALE.... SHAKE THAT.
