I absolutely love this gym....I drive past 3 gyms to get to Gold's. The owners foster an environment unlike any other gym I have belonged to --- they are all like family. I have never been to a gym where all the trainers know you, encourage you, and cheer you on like this place does...even if you don't buy their training packages. This place helped me lose the 12 lbs I put on when I quit smoking and now it has become almost like an 'extended family'. They have a vary wide variety of equipment --- and plenty of it so you don't have to wait endlessly to do your thing. The Zumba class taught by Carlos is the best freakin' class I have EVER taken. (I want to be able to dance like him one day!! :)) Final word --- even if this place isn't close to your work or home, it is well worth the drive. I understand now why Gold's Gyms are considered the cadillac of gyms. This place rocks.
