Review content:
I was worried at first to attend this or any other gym because of my weight. But the staff and even th other patrons are very nice. They are very supportive and helpful. I like the fact th staff are helpful beacuse i have never really worked out before and the staff are there foryou every step of the way. They have plenty of equipment, its clean, they don have an attitude. It's a great place to get into shape or stay in shape. The membership is expensive but they do keep up the equipment, and have abunch of classes like Zumba, Spinning Class, and Boot Camp. great place wouldn't go anywhere else
