Review content:
This is the first gym I visited when I moved to Tampa 12 years ago. I have worked out at several other gyms in the area over the years due to moving around and always end up back at Gold's Gym Tampa. First of all they are open 24/7 most days - which is very convenient. They have enough cardio equipment that there is never really a wait. Plenty of space and benches in the dumbell area, tons of free weights, great machines and more. Since most group classes are included in my membership I can mix things up with a Zumba or a Spin class anytime I want, at no cost. Plus, the owners and staff are all friendly and helpful.
