While the customer service may be great here, the alterations team is HORRIBLE! They butchered my dress. I had to pay an additional $250 in alterations at another salon who was gracious enough to fix my dress. The alterations team was truly appalled at the lack of quality on the seams. It bulged it places that should've been flat and the interior lining of the dress looked like a blind child had sewn it. Feel free to buy your dress at Alegria, just DO NOT let their alterations team lay a hand on your dress!
