Review content:
SJWH really let me down on top of a two plus hour wait for a scheduled c-section I was handle with insincerity, thoroughly confused and misinformed, and prevented from being with my daughter. My experience ranged from rude nurses not letting me into the nursey to orders from nurses that they thought required no explanation as to why I had to do what they were telling me and also why they were doing what they were to my daughter. It was in the best interest of the child but as her parent I never got to decide that. Some of st joe's nurses are like robots doing what they've done day in and day out just acting on autopilot and not even realizing I was there or concerned for my daughter.
Pros: excellent OR staff who know what they are doing
Cons: a few horrible nurses that ruined my experience
