My experience was unsatisfactory. Estimated 2 week job. Took them 3 mos to finish. Very poor communication. Would schedule appointments and just not show with no phone call. Work on koi pond was below standard. I had to call and call and finally threaten legal action to get work corrected and finished. This company has been around for a long time here in Jacksonville, and I cannot understand how. Given the way my project with them went, I don't expect to see them in business much longer. Just be careful, and make sure that everything is absolutely complete before giving them money.
